Jason is a seasoned culture coach and leadership mentor dedicated to building high-performing teams through alignment, assignment, and execution. Jason has spoken at 15 wellness and leadership seminars, covering topics like nutrition, family meal planning, and life coaching, and brings a wealth of experience to his work in guiding teams toward unity and success.

Before transitioning to culture coaching, Jason spent over a decade in personal training and strength & conditioning, transforming lives through fitness. His own journey—losing 80-90 pounds in the late ’90s with the help of gym mentors—shaped his approach to leadership, emphasizing mentorship and practical strategies. He trained over 1,500 high school athletes, 43 collegiate athletes, two professional athletes, and a Navy SEAL, while coaching football for over 20 years. This foundation in discipline and teamwork informs his current mission: helping leaders and teams align their vision, assign roles strategically, and execute with heart to create lasting impact.
