My name is Devin Kleinhenz, and I was fortunate enough to be coached/mentored by Coach Bic back in highschool. In today’s world, it is very easy to be consumed by social media, and fall victim to “loser mentality”, especially in highschool. Thankfully, I was part of the football team at Eastlake North being coached by Bic.
I never had the size or skill to “go on to the NFL” or even college ball, but Bic cared more about just football in his teachings. Bic teaches mental resilience, and instills a mental fortitude equivalent to Fort Knox. Bic always challenged me and pushed me to be the baddest guy out there mentally and physically.
Forever grateful for how early I was able to be exposed to Bic’s personality and mindset. Has been a major impact in my personal and professional development. Easiest vouch I could ever give.

Hello, my name is Diane. I worked for a board of education in Geauga County for 18 years. Jason had a speaking engagement scheduled to come in and teach the department about nutrition in sports and then teach a yoga class. It was SO MUCH more than we anticipated, and in a great way. Jason started by teaching us how to set up menus for our families. I still use his method to this day. The part that stayed with me was a speech he gave on leadership. He said that the ownership of our families health starts with us, the one buying and making the food and that had such an impact on my life. I never thought of myself as a “leader,” until that day. Thank you Jason. That became a mantra in the office whenever the ladies were having a bad day. “Be the leader” and everyone would laugh and snap back. Usually lol
i dont know if this is the testimonial he wants but i used to train with Jason in the gym. I used to complain. A lot. Like A LOT. About work, my boyfriend, my family, and everything else. Eventually he had enough and bitched right back at me and often lol. He told me to get my mind right and make the change required. That made no sense to me lol But over time and all of our talks I got it. I have the power to control my own life. I can either accept it as it is or make the changes needed. But I hear him saying “get your mind right” in my head everyday and its always right. - K
This page is still a work in progress.
I’m currently collecting testimonials from people I’ve had the opportunity to work with, lead, coach, collaborate with, or support throughout my career.
If we’ve worked together and you’d be willing to share a few words about your experience with me—leadership, coaching, culture, operations, problem-solving, or simply what it was like working together—I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Want to contribute?
Send me your testimonial and I’ll add it as this page continues to grow.
